  • When is the Asparq office open?

    Adjusted operations during the COVID-19 outbreak

    Our office hours are usually Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. At the moment our offices are closed and our whole team are working remotely. You can contact us on our normal office numbers:

  • What happens when I call Asparq?

    If you are a client our receptionist will transfer you to your Relationship Manager. If they are not available, they will return your call as soon as possible. We encourage our team to give out their direct line to you so it is easier for you to contact them.

    If you are calling to enquire about our services, our Receptionist will ask you a basic questions about your requirements so we can match you with the most appropriate team member.

    Once you have been put through to an Asparq team member they will chat to you about your needs.

    At Asparq we take a holstic approach to professional services, offering accounting & advisory, financial planning and insurance broking to a range of business and individual clients.

    By offering all of these services under one roof we hope to save our clients time and give them the confidence to focus on their day.

  • How can Asparq help my business?

  • How can Asparq help an individual?

    Asparq can assist an individual with their tax returns, capital gains tax, financial plan and life insurance and domestic insurance (travel, motor, home and contents, caravan and boat).

  • How can I get a job at Asparq?

  • Meetings at Asparq

    Usually once you have booked a meeting with your Asparq Relationship Manager to visit us at our offices you will receive a text message reminder. When you visit us we ask that you to sign in at reception, afterwards we will show you to your meeting room and offer you a tea or coffee.

    At our Melbourne office we also have limited undercover visitor parks, if you require this, please let us know at the time of booking your meeting.

    Whilst the process differs slightly between offices, no matter which office you visit we will make sure you receive a warm welcome.

    Our team also visits clients at their premises, so if this suits you better please discuss with your Relationship Manager. Alternatively, we are well set up to hold video conference meetings.

    Please note while we are working from home during the COVID-19 outbreak we are limiting face to face contact. We will be suggesting video or telephone meetings.

  • How can I pay my invoice?

    Accounting & Advisory:
