What is it?
Zurich Australia has put together this checklist of things to tick off if you need to close down your business temporarily and leave it empty. This guide is general in nature and aims to help you gather the information you might need for the insurer to assess your individual circumstances. Don’t forget to contact your broker if you are closing your business to discuss any insurance implications of closing the business as there could be exclusions that apply due to unoccupancy.
